Privacy
Privacy at the teaser stage
Krotos is still in development. The current public website is a teaser-only preview of a training review app:
a public expression of the product direction, not an open signup, public beta,
or marketing capture flow.
In this teaser mode, the site does not include public account creation, a public waitlist,
checkout, uploaded training histories, or an active analytics stack for campaign measurement.
What we collect
Very little, and only for a clear reason.
- Basic technical logs that are necessary to keep the site secure and reliable
- Messages you voluntarily send to hello@krotos.app
- Manual first-wave access questions or product notes you choose to send by email
- No public waitlist or launch-email capture in this teaser phase
- No active marketing analytics, tracking pixels, or advertising cookies in this teaser phase
Direct contact
If you email Krotos, the exchange stays manual.
If you write with a question, product note, or first-wave access interest, Krotos uses the details in that
message to reply and manage that conversation manually. That does not place you on a hidden launch mailing list,
and the teaser site is not set up to turn a manual reply into automated prospect tracking or background scoring.
The public teaser also is not asking for account credentials, payment details, or public training-history
uploads. Writing to Krotos can start a conversation, but it does not create an account, guarantee an invite,
or reserve a launch slot.
What changes later
Before broader access opens, this notice gets more specific.
Before public accounts, broader training-product access, billing, or launch-email capture go live,
Krotos will publish fuller controller and operator details, processors or vendors in use, retention windows,
and formal rights language for the live product setup.
If you want an update, correction, or removal related to a direct email exchange, write to
hello@krotos.app. If Krotos later reintroduces signup capture,
launch emails, or analytics, this page will be updated before that broader processing goes live.
